The Quebec government is announcing new measures to support Quebec businesses affected by the impact of COVID-19, including the Emergency Assistance to Small and Medium-sized Businesses program. This program is in place to support SMEs that are experiencing financial difficulties due to the current situation and who require cash of less than $50,000 for their working capital.
