Mission
The mission of the Bureau de développement économique de la Ville de Longueuil is to identify development opportunities and to enhance and develop the territory’s real estate sector in order to generate economic spinoffs for the city.
Methods
- Promote Longueuil by leveraging its development potential
- Promote the city to potential investors/developers and build business relationships
- Assist investors with the development and planning of their real estate projects, particularly in the downtown core and on industrial land
- Define and implement the economic development strategy
- Carry out strategic monitoring of business opportunities
