Longueuil-based Knowlton Development Corporation (KDC/ONE), a world-leading formulator and manufacturer of beauty products, today announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Shanghai Paristy Daily Chemical Co., Ltd. (« Paristy »), one of the world’s largest formulators and manufacturers of colour cosmetics, located in Shanghai, China.
