Mixed-use TOD project 

Devimco Immobilier announed a transit-oriented development (TOD) project in Longueuil's downtown near the Longueuil - Université-de-Sherbrooke metro station. this $500 million mixed-use project will cover an area of 1.2 millions sq. ft. with various commercial spaces and nearly 1,200 housing unuites designed to promote telewoking. It is the first project to be integrated into the City of longueuil's 2035 vision.

Devimco Immobilier plans on building two 22-storey rental housing towers overlooking a commercial centre located above the existing metro station. Two othre 22-storey towers are planned for the project, each offering new condos for sale. The two towers will also be linked by a c ommercial centre. Underground parking lots will be set up the new buildings. The twos sites will create a real synergy between the different components to offre a high-living-quality environment at the heart of an ideal location where all the conditions for future success converge. 

Parks are an important part of the integrated development project to allow easy space to green spaces. Devimco Immobilier is commited to making this project a sustainable one, where best practices in eco-friendly urban develpment planning will be put forward.
