Construction of a large order fulfillment centre with a total surface area of over 1 million ft² on a 1.8-million-ft² parcel of land. Representing a major investment of over $150 million, the facility will eventually lead to the creation of 800 to 1,000 jobs.

Work is scheduled to begin in spring 2020, with operations to start in January 2021.
